Picking right up from where he had left, Lucknow Super Giants fast bowler Mayank Yadav silenced the Chinnaswamy crowd with his rapid pace by tearing into the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batting lineup.

On the very first ball, Yadav hustled opposition captain Faf du Plessis who rushed to take a suicidal single, only to find himself miles short of the crease.
In the next over, Yadav continued to bowl thunderbolts above 150 and managed to clean up Australia’s Cameron Green who could not make head or tail of the trajectory of the ball.

Cameron’s countrymate Glenn Maxwell did not last long either and departed a ball later, attempting to pull a back-of-length delivery into the stands. Once again, it was Yadav’s express pace that troubled the batter. The ex-players, pundits and fans thoroughly appreciated Yadav’s energetic spell, with many asking the BCCI to include him in the T20 World Cup squad.
Yadav gained limelight during his maiden IPL match against Punjab Kings last week where he bowled the fastest ball of the tournament. In the process, he helped LSG stage a comeback in the match.
