Pakistan, New Zealand and West Indies also set to tour as BCB announces full international calendar
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has unveiled a packed home international schedule for the 2026 season, with Bangladesh set to host four Tests, 12 ODIs and nine T20Is across multiple high-profile series.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!The home season will begin in March 2026, shortly after the men’s T20 World Cup, with Pakistan touring Bangladesh for a three-match ODI series. Pakistan will return later in May for a two-Test series, which will form part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC).
New Zealand will visit in April and May for a complete white-ball tour, featuring three ODIs and three T20Is. Two major cricketing nations, Australia and India, will also tour Bangladesh during the season. Australia are scheduled to arrive in June, while India will tour in August and September, with both teams playing three ODIs and three T20Is each.
The international season will conclude in October–November with West Indies touring Bangladesh for a two-Test WTC series, rounding off a busy red-ball calendar.
In addition to the senior international fixtures, Sri Lanka A will tour Bangladesh in May, playing two four-day matches and three one-day games, providing valuable exposure for Bangladesh’s domestic and emerging players.
With multiple top teams visiting, the 2026 home season promises to be a landmark year for Bangladesh cricket, featuring a strong mix of Test, ODI and T20I cricket across formats.
