SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) batters were in a rampaging mood in their match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Monday (Apr 15). The men-in-orange smashed the highest team total in IPL history by scoring 287/3 in the stipulated 20 overs, which was also the second-highest total in T20 history.

Poor bowling performance from RCB
RCB were sluggish in the field throughout and the bowlers looked devoid of ideas. Skipper Faf du Plessis failed to arrest the slide and allowed SRH batters to seize the momentum.
Aiden Markram was given a reprieve by Yash Dayal after he got him to hole out at short third man but the replays showed he overstepped the mark.
Another catch was dropped on the last ball of the innings and it perfectly encapsulated the evening RCB had in the field.
